Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by 30 June 2022 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 90% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 01 July 2022 - 31 August 2022 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50 % of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 31 August 2022 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at)
Accomodation
Book your hotel room ONLINE! We have special conference rates in various hotels!
Please note that reservations can only be made until 05 August 2022.
Congress participant cancellation insurance
In order to avoid annoyance and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out a congress cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Registration & Submission Software
The Conference and Event Management service unit processes the registration and submission data by means of a software by the company UNGERBOECK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL GMBH, Kaiserstraße 72, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany (processing agreement according to article 28 of the GDPR).
